REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Only items purchased on eBargainsAndDeals.com can be returned.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If your product did not meet with your expectations, please let us know!  Email us at emailus@eBargainsAndDeals.com. We will address your concern and do our very best to reach a mutually agreeable solution. See Exceptions below.

You may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of shipment if your purchase was made on eBargainsAndDeals.com, unless otherwise noted below. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for return:

  • You must request a Return Authorization form within 10 days of delivery
  • Products need to be in the same condition as shipped
  • Products must have all applicable tags and labels attached
  • Products must include all pieces, parts, and original packaging
  • Must include proof of payment

Items received without a Return Authorization or Proof of Payment will receive store credit only. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items not received within 30 days. Returns that arrive after the deadline will be donated to charity, and no refund will be issued. Note: Items purchased on 3rd party sites may have different terms and conditions.

 

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your package was damaged in transit. If any of the contents are broken, damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item, let us know so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it!

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

eBargainsAndDeals sells one-of-a-kind vintage products. As such, there are certain products that cannot be returned.

Products NOT eligible for return include:

  • Any item(s) without all original tags and labels attached
  • Items shipped without a Return Authorization Code
  • Items used, worn, or swapped out with another vendor's products
  • Incomplete returns
  • Damaged merchandise
  • Products purchased in error, or buyer’s remorse
  • Clothing over $100
  • Lighting over $100
  • Dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups/saucers, stemware), Crystal, or Glass items
  • Delicate or extremely fragile items
  • Oversized products and/or those weighing 25 lbs. or more
  • Items on sale
  • Items purchased that are 31 days or older
  • Items shipped Internationally
  • POS items
  • Products that vary in color or hue (your monitor settings can alter the appearance)
  • Items listed as Not as Described” as the reason for return. Unless a listing description is grossly inaccurate, we will not accept any returns listed as “Not as Described.”
